reflection #9

This time I discovered that there is a Hawaiian style of koi koi hanafuda. The whole point of the game is to outscore your opponents just like in the other versions of this game. You can play 2-7 people in this version of hanafuda. Since this one may involve more people. The distribution should be similar to the chart below with the rest put into a draw pile:
#players               #cards in hand                  #cards face up
2                              10                           8
3                              7                              6
4                              5                              8
5                              4                              8
6                              3                              12
7                              3                              6
The gameplay is pretty much the same as regular hanafuda. The players must discard a card from their hand trying to make a match wiith the same suit. Then they would have to flip the top card of the draw pile and try to make a match just like the previous action. The difference between the hanafuda and hawaiian hanafuda is the scoring and the yakus. Based off of the cards each player gets to award themselves 5-20pts depending on which cards they claim. Then they subract 50pts when someone else gets a yaku. As for the cards individual score the brights are 20pts,ribbons are 10pts, animals are 5pts , and junk is worth 0pts.
Here are the Combinations:
